Plate Ribs (Dino Ribs)

REM5’s 28-day dry aged plate ribs are sure to be a crowd pleaser! Plate ribs (aka Dino ribs) are a larger alternative to our standard short ribs and have 4 ribs per package. Perfect for the smoker, these ribs are very similar to a brisket (with a faster cook time) and are incredibly juicy and tender! Plate ribs are our favorite ribs to cook, and we even prefer them over brisket!
